I can't figure out what size to choose, can you help me?

We always write the Italian size on the product tag and on the online product description. Every product has its fitting information.

How does the purchase work?

You can enter the website from every desktop and mobile device. Purchasing is very easy: browse our catalog through the categories, choosing the attributes you prefer (size, color, material and shape).
Before adding the product to your shopping cart, choose the size and the color from the description page. You can see and modify your shopping cart whenever you want before the checkout.
To complete the order you just need to follow two easy steps: indicate the delivery address and the payement data. You can pay by credit and prepayed card (we accept MasterCard, Visa a d PostePay) and by PayPal.
We will provide you a bill for every order.

Can I ask for a size or color change?

Yes, you can ask for a return for a color or size change within three (3) days from the delivery date. If you need a different size or color, you can return the products for free fulfilling the Return Form that you will find in the package. 

What are the advantages of the registration?

Registering is not mandatory to fulfill an online order. However you can take advantage of several things by registering. The registration is quick, free and easy and entitles you to:

• get uptates on your order and check you previous purchases
• indicate you shipping preferences
• make easier returns and verify online refunds
• get exclusive updates on PaolaPrata World
• get personal coupons and discounts
If you forgot your password, you can change it through the link "Forgot your password?". You will receive an email containing the link to choose a new password.

How can I verify my order status?

When you order is delivered to the carrier FEDEX we will send you an email providing you with a tracking number to follow your package through its journey.
If you have an account on our website you will be able to see these details in the "My orders" section.
Can I modify my order before it is shipped?
If you want to modify your order contact our customer service as soon as possible: when the order is sent to our storehouse any modification will no longer be possible.
Remember that if you decide that you don't want to keep one or more products you purchased you can return them once you get your package. You can find more information about this in the "Returns and Refunds" and "Terms and Conditions" sections.

How much time does it take from the purchase to the shipping?

The day of the purchase, your order details are communicated to our storehouse. During the following two days we carefully pack your products, then we entrust them to the carrier. FEDEX delivers within a few days.                                                                                  

If you have an account on our website you can follow the journey of you package through "my orders": we will let you know when you order is being prepared, when it is delivered to the carrier and when the carrier is about to deliver it to you.
